Eligibility:Zynga's Chip and GoldBuy Sweepstakes (the 'Sweepstakes') is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia (excludingFlorida and New York), Turkey, Israel, Germany, Australia, France, Greece, andCanada (excluding Quebec) who are at least twenty-one (21) years old and a Zynga Poker account holder at the time of entry. Employees of ZyngaInc., ePrize, LLC, and their parent and affiliatecompanies as well as the immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings andchildren) and household members of each such employee are not eligible. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicablefederal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void in Florida, NewYork, Quebec, and where prohibited. Participation constitutes entrant's full and unconditional agreement tothese Official Rules and Sponsor's and Administrator'sdecisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to theSweepstakes. 5. Grand Prize Drawing:Administrator is an independent judging organization whose decisions as to theadministration and operation of the Sweepstakes and the selection of thepotential winner are final and binding in all matters related to theSweepstakes. Administrator will randomlyselect the potential Sweepstakes winner from all eligible entries receivedduring the Promotion Period, on or around November 2, 2011. The potential winner will be notified by emailor phone. Except where prohibited, thepotential winner will be required to sign and return a Declaration ofCompliance, Liability and Publicity Release which must be received by Administrator,within twenty-four (24) hours of the date notice or attempted notice is sent,in order to claim the prize. If thepotential winner is a Canadian resident he/she will be required to answer atime limited skill testing question without assistance, in order to be eligibleto receive the prize. If the potentialwinner cannot be contacted, fails to answer the skill-testing questioncorrectly (if applicable), or fails to sign and return the Declaration ofCompliance, Liability and Publicity Release within the required time period,the potential winner forfeits his/her prize. Receiving a prize is contingent upon compliance with these OfficialRules. In the event that the potentialwinner is disqualified for any reason, Sponsor will attempt to award the prizeto an alternate winner by random drawing from among all remaining eligibleentries. If time permits, three (3)alternate drawings may be held, after which the prize will remainun-awarded.
6.Prize:ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE: Atrip for the winner to London, England. Trip package includes round trip, coach-class air transportation from amajor airport near winner's home (determined by Sponsor or Tournament Host inits sole discretion) to London, England; nine (9) nights' accommodations at ahotel determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion (single room, doubleoccupancy); ground transportation to and from airport and hotel; admittance toa selection of live trial events (time and location determined by Sponsor inits sole discretion), a team shirt (size and style determined by Sponsor in itssole discretion), and admittance to a selection of sightseeing and touristactivates (specific activities, date, and time of activities will be determinedby Sponsor in its sole discretion). Winner may be required to arrive in London assoon as November 12, 2011 and depart on or about November 20, 2011 or prizewill be forfeited in its entirety. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Sponsor orthe Tournament Host will make reasonable efforts to select travel timesacceptable to winner. Potential winners must agree to abide by the IFP rulesand regulations, including, but not limited to the IFP Disciplinary Code, IFPCode of Ethics, Tournament Dress Code and the IFP Anti-Doping Rules. Winners also agree to attend all officialfunctions at the event. Trip subject toavailability and blackout dates. Travelmust be round trip. Sponsor or Tournament Host will determine airline and flight itineraryin its sole discretion. No refund orcompensation will be made in the event of the cancellation or delay of anyflight. Travel and accommodations aresubject to availability. Travel issubject to the terms and conditions set forth in this Sweepstakes, and thoseset forth by the Sponsor or Tournament Host's airline carrier of choice asdetailed in the passenger ticket contract. All expenses and incidental travel costs not expressly stated in thepackage description above, including but not limited to, ground transportation,meals, incidentals, passenger tariffs or duties, airline fees, surcharges,airport fees, service charges or facility charges, personal charges at lodging,security fees, taxes or other expenses are the responsibility solely ofwinner. Winner is solely responsible forobtaining valid passports and any other documents necessary for internationaltravel. Travel restrictions, conditionsand limitations may apply. Sponsor willnot replace any lost, mutilated, or stolen tickets, travel vouchers orcertificates. Sponsor is not responsibleif any event is delayed, postponed or cancelled for any reason, in which eventthat portion of prize is forfeited in its entirety and no substitution will beprovided except as in Sponsor's sole discretion. Approximate Retail Value ('ARV'): $10,608USD. Actual value may vary based on airfare fluctuations and distance betweendeparture and destination. Winner willnot receive difference between actual and approximate retail value. Prize is non-transferableand no substitution will be made except as provided herein at the Sponsor'ssole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute the prize for one of equalor greater value if the designated prize should become unavailable for anyreason. Winner is responsible forall taxes and fees associated with prize receipt and/or use. Odds of winning the prize depend on the numberof eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.
Additional Prize Restrictions. Sponsorreserves the right to require potential prize winners to submit to, andcooperate fully in, a background check to confirm eligibility and to help ensurethat the use or involvement in any way of any such person in advertising orpublicity for the Sweepstakes will not bring the Sponsor into disrepute,contempt, scandal or ridicule or reflect unfavorably on the Sweepstakes or the Sponsor,as determined by the Sponsor in its sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the rightto refuse to award a prize, in whole or in part, to any person where thatperson's background check reveals information that is unacceptable to the Sponsor,in the Sponsor's sole discretion.
7. Release: By receipt of any prize, winner agrees to releaseand hold harmless Sponsor, Administrator, and their respective subsidiaries,affiliates, suppliers, distributors, advertising/promotion agencies, and prizesuppliers, and each of their respective parent companies and each suchcompany's officers, directors, employees and agents (collectively, the'Released Parties') from and against any claim or cause of action, including,but not limited to, personal injury, death, or damage to or loss of property,arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt or useor misuse of any prize.

YOU FURTHER ACKNOWLEDGE THAT IF YOU ARECHOSEN AS A WINNER, YOUR PERSONAL IDENTIFYING INFORMATION MAY BE DISCLOSED TOTHIRD PARTIES INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, PLACING YOUR NAME ON A WINNER'SLIST. 9.General Conditions: Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspendand/or modify the Sweepstakes, or any part of it, if any fraud, technicalfailures or any other factor beyond Sponsor's reasonable control impairs theintegrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes, as determined by Sponsor inits sole discretion.
