Working closely with your staff, our Employment Specialist will provide one-on-one training, on and off the jobsite, to ensure that performance is satisfactory.

On-going Support
Employment Specialist will provide on-going support to employers and employees to maintain employment success. Our staff will provide additional training to your employee as needed during employment.

Tax credit
Your company may be eligible to receive “tax credits” after hiring someone from our program. In some cases, “work try-out” money may be available to pay wages during the training period.
